Junior Chair
Point of contact for Junior section (JS), hold regular JS
meetings, attend the monthly general committee meetings
and report back, deal with any issues or complaints.

Mini Chair currently vacant
As above for the Mini Section

In conjunction with the Chair arrange the JS meetings, prepare
minutes and admin as required

Junior Fixtures officer- to be filled
To organise the fixtures for the JS season, liaise with other
clubs and referees prior to matches, a lot of the 2018-19
fixtures are already in place

Assistant Safe Guarding
To assist the current Safe Guarding officer with DBS checks and
other safe guarding issues raised

Pitch allocations officer- ASAP
Prepare weekly pitch layouts of both the Club and Hardyes
pitches based on the fixtures supplied by the fixtures officer

Kit/accessories officer- ASAP
To coordinate the requests for kit from team managers and
coaches, completing an end of season audit- reporting to the
DRFC kit Officer for ordering

Club Shop managers- ASAP
2/3 adults to run the club shop on Sunday mornings for 1-2
hours, keeping the shop stocked clean and tidy

Fundraising /Sponsorship officer/s-
Persons to promote the JS fundraising and JS run events,
actively looking for sponsors for the JS

Festivals and awards officer- ASAP
To organise festivals ordering the awards and certificates for
the festivals and the end of season awards day in May

All Roles: you are expected uphold the ethos and values of the Club and the RFU and endeavour to support
and adhere to club decisions and policies promoting these for the welfare of all from parents to players.
All roles are supported by the Junior section committee and training given if required
The Club is run by volunteers and we appreciate all the support we receive from parents, grandparents,
siblings and players to make this club the success that it is.
