Dorchester Rugby Football Club is very pleased to report that during the last six months that they
have carried out major refurbishment of all the clubhouse windows, the roof and gutters and re-
decorated the exterior of the entire building.
This extensive work has been completed within budget, thanks to the generosity of our club
members and sponsors whereby all forty windows in the clubhouse were sponsored individually.
Special thanks however must be extended to Leigh at Clayson Scaffolding, Shaun at Hearn Roofing,
Jed at Dorchester Timber, Max of Max Baggley Plastering and Decorating and Bryan of Bryan Tucker
Carpentry, for their fantastic support, without which we could not have achieved our gaols.
As a small token of the club’s gratitude, we will be holding a pre-match buffet at the clubhouse on
Saturday 27 th January 2024, before the 1 st XV lock horns with Corsham RFC in a Counties 1 Tribute
Southern South, league encounter to thank them all in person.
