Dorchester Rugby Football Club is very sad to report the death of Don Brierley, a former Chairman of the club and the author of our first ever five year development plan, which underwrote key targets for the club and our promotion to the South West One league.
Don was a tireless worker and an excellent Chairman, where his Yorkshire wit was used to great effect in leading the club forward.
The club sends its heartfelt condolences to Don's family and friends on this very sad occasion, he will sorely missed by all at DRFC, where he is held in the highest esteem.
May he rest in peace.
